Measure straight across from the tip of one shoulder to the other, just above the shoulder blades.

2.Chest

Measure across your back, under the arms, and over the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably fitted.

3.Waist

Measure around your natural waistline at its narrowest point, ensuring the tape sits close without pulling tight.

4.Sleeve Length

With your arm resting at your side, measure from the shoulder tip to the base of your thumb.

5.Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level and gently fitted.
